Elm Grove Village and the Kingwood Renovation Trend

Why older Kingwood villages are seeing more pool renovation and resurfacing requests than new builds.

An Established Village, Established Pools

Elm Grove, one of Kingwood's older villages, has a higher share of existing pools now reaching resurfacing age than the newer-build demand seen in less-established parts of the metro.

What That Means for These Requests

Renovation requests here often pair resurfacing with modernizing older equipment, swapping a single-speed pump for variable-speed, adding automation, alongside the KSA tree-preservation review that applies to any Kingwood project regardless of whether it's new or a renovation.
